Enrique Flores founded Lantana Digital in Austin in 2026, after a decade spent on the other side of the marketing report: building the systems that produce them, then sitting with the people who had to act on them.
He came to search from software. For seven years he was managing partner at Inteligia, building ERP systems, internal platforms and APIs for businesses, then going in and teaching people to use them. Much of that meant sitting with someone who had run the same process on paper for years and did not want a new system. It is where he learned that a tool nobody uses is worth nothing, however good the demo was.
Between 2024 and 2026 he worked at two agencies, Search Atlas and then Dymic Digital, on the part that comes after the sale: getting the work adopted, building the reporting that showed what it produced, and saying early when something was not landing. That reporting pulled from eight platforms, because following a customer from an ad to a booked job takes about that many.
Earlier he ran tour operations across three destinations in Puerto Vallarta, and before that interviewed more than a hundred people across seven departments to document how the work was actually being done, turning it into five hundred-odd written procedures and the system that kept them current.
He is from Puerto Vallarta and lives in Austin, and works in English and Spanish. He holds an SEO specialization certificate from UC Davis, completed in 2024. He studied piano and composition at Fermatta Music Academy, and still writes and produces music.
