Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 September 2026
This policy explains what this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Lantana Digital is a sole proprietorship based in Austin, Texas, run by Enrique Flores.
Who we are
Lantana Digital is a marketing firm serving Austin and the surrounding metro. You can reach us at Lantana Digital, Austin, Texas. Email [email protected] or call (346) 289-9821.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you call us, email us, or fill in a form on this site, we receive what you send: usually a name, an email address, a phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business.
Information collected automatically. This site uses Google Analytics, which places cookies in your browser and records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level), the type of device you use, and the site or search that sent you here. Google Analytics does not tell us your name.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment details, government identifiers, health information, or any other sensitive category of data through this website.
Why we use it
To answer you, to prepare the free check of where you stand, to send you something you asked for, and to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. That is the whole list. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, who process it on our behalf.
Who else sees it
Google (Analytics and Search Console), for the site statistics described above. Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email. If we later add a scheduling tool, a call tracking provider, or an email platform, we will name it here before it goes live.
We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
Email, and how to stop it
If you give us your email address, we will reply to you. We may also send you occasional marketing email about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour opt-out requests promptly. You can also opt out any time by replying to any email with the word unsubscribe, or by writing to [email protected].
Opting out of marketing email does not stop us replying to a question you asked us, or sending information about work we are doing for you.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This site uses them only for Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work normally. You can also install Google's opt-out add-on to stop Analytics measuring you on any site.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site today. If that changes, this page changes first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the emails around them are kept while we might reasonably still be talking, and for up to two years after our last contact. Analytics data is kept on Google's standard retention schedule. Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within thirty days. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; we extend the same courtesy to everyone, wherever you live.
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Email and files are held in password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication turned on. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be called out on the home page for a month.
